- We employ 3 levels of firewalls:
- First level of firewall is on the network perimeter coming into the datacenter.
- Global firewall rules are applied at the router level to protect known vulnerability ports from having outside access
- Secondary more granular firewalls are configured on each server based on what the role of that server is
- Additional Secondary granular firewalls are configured on each individual website within the server based upon the role of the website.
- Firewalls are APF and the perimeter firewalls are Linux and Cisco devices
- Bruteforce checks are done frequently to watch to make sure Bruteforce attacks are blocked
- Log analysis reports are scanned and delivered daily to check for anomalies
- Strict antivirus systems are in place on any servers where end user uploads are allowed
- Strict antivirus systems are in place with general rule sets on non-user accessible servers
- We do managed services to include:
- Daily backups both internally inside the data center and to a collocated Data Center
- Specific Firewall and AntiVirus protection is done based on the specific website and user permission levels
- All Email accounts are setup and configured properly for you

Blue Flame Consulting is proud to announce the launch of Spend Save and Give (SSG) www.spendsaveandgive.com SSG is primarily a fund raising site for Charities, Churches and Non Profit organizations. Charities, Churches and Non Profit organizations can come to the website and list their organizations in a free searchable directory. There is also a section for businesses, both local and national, to create a webpage within the site, to advertise their business. Users who come to the website can choose a charity of their choice, along with searching coupons and/or specials from businesses and create a coupon online. All businesses will donate a percentage of the sale, from the coupon used, to the users charity of choice. Blue Flame Consulting was presented with a business plan from which the website came to life. Our first approach was developing the initial branding for the company to include, Logo, Fonts, Colors, and a Tag line. From there our designers created the look and feel of the website. Once done, our highly skilled development team created the functionality needed to give businesses, charities, churches and groups the ability to register and create their own page within the website. Video integration was also done to allow users to understand the purpose of the website from the owner. Businesses may register and create a page on the website by subscribing to a monthly membership fee. In order for this to happen, Blue Flame Consulting created the ability for secure credit card transactions to take place online. The last aspect of development was generating a PDF that has the ability to be Emailed, downloaded or printed with the charity, business and coupon on it. This website represents Blue Flame Consulting’s full capabilities to include Custom Branding, Custom Website Design, and Custom Website Development.
Blue Flame Consulting is proud to announce to the launch of AbleVillage. www.ablevillage.com AbleVillage is a social networking site for disabled individuals, providers who work with the disabled, and family and friends who know someone or have family members with a disability. The site was developed for W3C and 503 accessibility. It is screen reader friendly for the blind. The site encompasses features similar to Facebook, LinkedIn, You Tube, Yellow Pages, WIKI, and an entire user generated content area. Blue Flame Consulting was able to showcase our development expertise by creating a website with multiple functionalities using a Joomla base for the Content Management System. The site was designed from the ground up by our team of experienced creative designers. Our senior developers used standard modules to build upon and custom develop the functionality our client was requesting. Through a collaborative team effort, AbleVillage came to life.
Blue Flame Consulting is proud to announce the launch of Surveillance Technology. www.surveillancetechnology.net Surveillance Technology is a full service security and surveillance company for both commercial and residential customers. They provide the equipment and installation for any security or surveillance needs. The site encompasses a detailed product catalog system broken out by categories and subcategories which can easily be searched for by a user. The website was built upon an Ecommerce platform using a shopping cart engine. This was done specifically for the to be able to have a full product catalog. Building the site using a shopping cart engine also gives the client the flexibility to easily and seamlessly transform the website into a full Ecommerce platform where orders can be placed and paid for. The website was built with long term scalability in mind. Not only was the site designed from the ground up, but the client used our full branding services to create their current Logo for all future branding purposes.
Blue Flame Consulting is excited to announce the launch of Scruble Cube. www.scrublecube.com Scruble Cube is a Full Ecommerce website that offers a game combining the games of Scrabble and Rubik Cube into a fun and exciting game for the entire family. The game was invented by a local company who also has other games they have created and are available online and in local stores. Blue Flame Consulting was asked to pull out all of our custom creative juices for the design of this website. Multiple unique design pages were done to create the website you see today. From Homepage design, to Subpage Design, to the University Page, to the Product Catalog Page, all pages have a unique and custom look and feel to them. This website represents a full Ecommerce solution integrating a sophisticated shopping cart, a merchant gateway, and automated shipping. This website showcases Blue Flame Consulting’s Design and Development talents along with our ability to create a state-of-the-art robust Ecommerce platform.
Zoe's Edible Garden is a gift from Tyson & Sommer Grant at All Children’s Hospital. Their daughter Zoe passed away in April 2009 less than a month after her birth at Bayfront Medical Center. The idea for the garden grew out of a need to create a meaningful memorial for Zoe. Zoe’s Edible Garden offers our patients an opportunity to get out and enjoy life’s simple pleasures – feeling the warmth of the sun and watching a garden grow.
Blue Flame Consulting was asked to create a Custom Designed and Developed website in less than one week for an event that was taking place at Zoe’s Edible Garden. Through teamwork, dedication, communication, and creativity, Blue Flame Consulting delivered the custom designed website in under one week and was able to have the website live in time for the event. The process began on a Monday and the website was live on Friday of the same week.

Emerson Straw, a St. Petersburg Personal Injury Law Firm, contracted Blue Flame Consulting, a Tampa Bay website design, development and marketing company, to custom design and development a website for their new practice. Utilizing the same technologies as our own website, we created a custom solution for Emerson Straw to showcase their information. Once launched, we began a full internet marketing strategy to drive traffic to the new website that will convert to quality leads. Utilizing Blue Flame Consulting’s Internet Marketing Strategies, Emerson Straw released a press release on January 3, 2011 talking about their firm, their practice areas, and their new website. Blue Flame Consulting announces the launching of the Strike It Riches Website in May 2010. www.strikeitriches.com It offers people a place to enter two sweepstakes for a chance at winning cash and/or prizes.
Strike It Riches came to Blue Flame Consulting through an RFP selection process in February 2010. They were seeking an experienced custom website design and development company in Tampa Bay to handle the design and development of their website. Blue Flame Consulting, based on their design capabilities, knowledge, and experience, was awarded the contract in March 2010.
Blue Flame Consulting worked hand-in-hand with StrikeItRiches throughout the process with constant communication being the most effect tool in deliver the final project. Through an initial need analysis to final product delivery, Blue Flame Consulting delivered a complete custom designed and developed website to StrikeItRiches.
