Blue Flame Consulting is often asked, by our clients, what happens next, after we provide the online solution our customer’s are looking for. Our process is unique both before and after the partnership begins with our clients. Below are the steps we have implemented to create a smooth and stress free process for our clients.
  • Discover – Initial business development consultation to understand our client’s goals & objectives.
  • Present - We define our client’s target audience, meet with our design, development, and marketing teams internally and formulate an Internet and Go-To-Market Strategy to grow our client’s business online. We then present our client’s with a complete scope of work and full online Strategy and solution.
  • Project Kickoff – A collaborate meeting of the minds where our clients and our experienced design team will discuss the graphical direction of the website. This is also where our clients are introduced to their Project Manager.
  • Custom Design – Create the overall graphical Web Presence, Navigation, Flow, Identity and Branding for our client’s new online presence.
  • Custom Development – Develop the front and back end Platform for our client’s website. We integrate a user friendly Content Management System to manage their entire website.
  • Secure Web Hosting – Determine the optimal hosting platform to meet our client’s online needs.
  • Internet Marketing – Implement an effective Internet Marketing Strategy that keeps our client’s website and brand top of mind and drives quality leads to their business.
  • Analyze and Measure – Measure and analyze marketing results to justify our client’s marketing dollars are well spent. We deliver measurable results and a quantifiable ROI
  • Support and Training – Both prior to and upon completion of the website, we provide our client’s full support and training on the Content Management System, Hosting needs, and Internet Marketing initiatives.
